Picobello is committed to making this website and its support service usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology or alternative input methods.
Current status: The public website is built toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA and EN 301 549. We have completed an internal code, keyboard, responsive, contrast, and reduced-motion review. Independent screen-reader, magnification, and legal review remain part of our release process.

Target and scope
Our technical target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the accessibility requirements in EN 301 549. This statement covers the public Picobello website, its English and German legal information, the support form, and the invitation and account-assistance pages served from this domain.
Where the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) applies to a Picobello service, we provide accessibility information and an accessible contact route here. The exact legal applicability of a particular service depends on the operator, service, market, and statutory exemptions; this page does not replace legal advice.
What we have implemented
- Semantic landmarks, one clear page heading, logical heading levels, skip links, and keyboard-operable controls.
- Visible focus indicators, text alternatives for meaningful images, accessible labels for form controls, and announced validation and status changes.
- High-contrast text and controls in light and dark color schemes, reflow-friendly layouts, and touch targets sized for comfortable use.
- Pause, previous, and next controls for the moving screenshot gallery, with automatic movement disabled for people who request reduced motion.
- English and German versions of this information, the legal pages, the homepage, and the support flow.
Known limitations
Apple and Google sign-in and the App Store are external provider interfaces. Their accessibility behavior is controlled by those providers and may change independently of Picobello. The support form always offers an email-based route as an alternative to provider sign-in.
If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please report it so we can investigate it with the relevant page, device, browser, assistive technology, and steps to reproduce.
